During the Nishi Health optimization group session, the participants will learn series of exercises.

 

There are several groups of exercises in the Nishi system of health optimization that have different health effects on the body.

 

First group of exercises is done with participants lying on the floor. These exercises involve involves stretching and then vibration style moves  of the body, arms and legs, like a swimming fish.

This group of exercises helps the misaligned vertebrae of the spinal column to go back into place. They also help to relieve pressure on the spinal nerves and may correct irregularities of the spinal vertebrae.

This exercise has multiple health benefits, helping with scoliosis, adjusting any deviated vertebra, relieving undue strains and injuries, associated with the spinal nerves.

 

Second group of exercises is also done with participants lying on the floor and involves shaking raised arms and legs in a specific way.  

They helps to normalize the state of capillaries and veins in the body, improve blood circulation and restore proper functionality of the internal organs as well as stimulate the proper blood flow, providing cleansing. Nishi believed that these series of exercises also stimulate the return of the blood from the limbs to the heart, promoting better circulation.

 

Third group of exercises  involves bringing the soles and palms together and doing a series of  certain exercises, releasing the tension of the back, arms and shoulder region. They are followed by the 5-10 minutes meditative relaxation, that is accompanied by healthy affirmations.

These exercises help with the proper function of the muscles, nerves and blood vessels around pelvis, abdomen and tights.

They also help the body by re-orienting  the subconscious mind from the state of being unwell to the healthy and well state.

This exercise is extremely beneficial ones health, because of the efficient stimulation of the body components coordination

 

Forth set of exercises engages muscles of the neck and shoulders. It helps to release trapezius muscles and the related nerves, as well as tension and strains of the cervical (neck) part of the spine, resulting in alleviation of the problems, associated with neck, upper back and head, such as headaches, pain in the shoulders and neck.

Katsudzo Nishi discovered that the latter two groups of exercises also help to normalize the blood pressure and bring the body to more balanced state.

 

Besides the exercises, during the first session we will talk about the hot-cold shower routine that helps to get rid of toxins that were released during the exercises through.

Participants also learn what are the benefits of sleeping on a firm surface and what happens when people sleep on a soft bed.

We will also talk what is the Nishi half cylinder pillow and how it helps to support the neck vertebrae of the spine.

All the exercises and principles of Nishi System of Health Optimization are really simple, easy to learn, but have a tremendous effect on the well being of a person.
